Rahnaward University was founded in 2014 by Ghulam Abbas Ebrahimzada with the objective of enhancing educational quality and providing an optimal platform for higher education. Initially, this academic institution commenced its operations as an “Institute of Higher Education” with four faculties: “Curative Medicine,” “Stomatology,” “Law and Political Sciences,” and “Education”. Subsequently, in 2019, it was elevated to the status of a full university. Notably, the university’s strategic plan has been officially approved by the Ministry of Higher Education. [1, 2]
